Designer has complete freedom of design. A fabric to be placed under your design will be provided.
- 1. Fresh plant material must predominate in all arrangements unless otherwise stated.
- 2. Plant material in a design class need not have been grown by the exhibitor.
- 3. All containers must be clearly marked with the name and address of exhibitor.
- 4. No artificial fruit, vegetation, flowers or foliage is permitted in any class unless otherwise stated.
- Note: Prince George's County Fair Association is not liable for theft or breakage of any containers.
